Incentive Eligibility Engine

The federal clean vehicle credits under IRS Section 30D (new) and Section 25E (used) were terminated by Public Law 119-21 for vehicles acquired after September 30, 2025. A vehicle counts as acquired on the date a binding written contract was signed and a payment made, so a purchase committed on or before that date can still qualify even if delivery came later. For those pre-sunset acquisitions the old eligibility rules still govern: MSRP caps, income limits, battery component sourcing, and final assembly.

Celvari checks each vehicle against the DOE/IRS qualified vehicle list, verifies your income and filing status against the caps, and calculates the net purchase price after all applicable federal and state incentives. State incentives are sourced from the AFDC Laws and Incentives database and refreshed quarterly.
